General terms and conditions of sale and internal regulations of the hotel
Presentation:
The hotelier has the freedom to refuse to accommodate clients whose attire is indecent and neglected, clients with noisy or improper behavior, clients whose behavior is contrary to good morals and public order.
Payment:
The balance of the stay is payable upon arrival. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard. We ask that anyone staying in our establishment to present an identity document for payments by check or holiday vouchers. In the event that you cannot provide us with this document, we will be forced to deny your room rental request.
In case of stay interruption
No refund will be made. Likewise, in case of early departure, the entire stay is due. Delays on arrival or early departures cannot under any circumstances be refunded.
Any cancellation
must reach us 72 hours before the arrival date. Once this deadline has passed, the reservation is due.
Non-appearance
is considered as the effective booking of the room.
City tax
not included in the reservation price, is in effect in the town. It is payable locally.
Access to rooms:
Rooms are available from 2:00 PM and must be vacated before 11:00 AM.
Please note, in the event of a late departure, an additional night will be charged. If you wish to keep the room for an extra night, payment must be made before 11:00 AM, subject to availability. Additionally, your room is intended for a specific number of people; to ensure hotel safety regulations, you must not host additional persons. Please make sure your room door is properly closed before leaving the room or going to bed.

Prohibitions:
We remind you that smoking is prohibited in all public places since January 2, 2008. It is also strictly forbidden to smoke in the rooms for obvious safety and comfort reasons (failure to comply will result in a compensation of €60/stay to restore the room). It is prohibited to use gas appliances in the rooms, for example: stove, etc…
Pets:
Pets are not allowed.
Breakfast
is served from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM in the designated room; in case of very early departure in the morning, we can, depending on the availability of delivered products, provide upon request.
Reception
does not assume responsibility for your luggage or items left in public areas. During your stay, the last person leaving the room must ensure that the window(s) and door of the room are properly closed. The key should never be taken outside the establishment and must be returned to reception. In case of loss, a penalty of €40 will be applied.
Deterioration:
We ask you to respect the premises and the decoration of your room. In case of problems, the customer will be liable. The same applies for missing towels, rugs, pillows, duvets, etc…
Nuisances:
To respect the rest of other guests, please do not slam doors or make too much noise, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Any neighborhood noise related to the behavior of a person under their responsibility may lead the hotelier to ask the client to leave the establishment, as long as the noise generated threatens the peace of the clientele (art. R.1334-30 and R ;1334-31 of the Public Health Code). A hotel room is a place of rest. All business is strictly prohibited.
Internal rules
of the hotel apply to all reservations. Every stay implies acceptance of the specific conditions and internal regulations of the hotel. IN CASE OF NON-COMPLIANCE BY THE CUSTOMER WITH ANY OF THESE PROVISIONS, THE HOTELIER WILL BE OBLIGATED TO REQUEST THE CLIENT TO LEAVE THE ESTABLISHMENT WITHOUT ANY COMPENSATION.
